Audio Bibles for the Unreached
how we use Audio Bibles to bring the Word of God to those without it
our story
Born from a need we saw in the Middle East
Disciple makers in hard-to-reach communities were unable to get and use Audio Bibles. We discovered the Kingdom impact when people who had never touched a Bible received audio Scripture from a trusted relationship — in their spoken language. That's what we're building toward, together.

A partnership built for Kingdom impact
Our hope and prayer is that by partnering together, we will see:
New Audiences
Your audio Bibles will be used by people who have never heard the Word of God in their language — and then shared with others in their community.
More Printed Bibles Purchased
When people start with a specific audio Bible translation, it becomes their preferred translation. A button in the app directs users to purchase a printed Bible from your ministry's link.
Scripture Engagement Campaigns — Free
If you are the text and audio publisher, we will work with you for free to develop offline and/or online Scripture engagement campaigns based on the topics, passages and schedule you choose.
Reports of Use and Impact
We report on chapters downloaded, engaged, and shared — as well as stories of impact when our users provide them.
how the audio Bible is used
Reaching people who have never been to church
Most audio Scripture is freely available online, but users need to pay for data to stream or download it. The Discipleship Platform makes it free to get audio Scripture and share it — without the Internet. Here are the key use cases, each with the specific permissions involved.
01
Offline use in a village
Church planters can use the audio Bible without the Internet. Download one book at a time before traveling — or stream online when available.
02
Share a single audio passage in evangelism
Seekers take small steps with Scripture before downloading a Bible app. A disciple-maker can share one audio passage at a time through relationship. Copyright information and your website are in the file's metadata.
03
Users without a smartphone
About 30% of those in the ministries we serve don't have a smartphone. A disciple-maker can put an entire book of audio Bible onto the memory card of a basic phone or media player.
04
Freely share audio scripture app to app
Two people in the same room with the app can share an entire New Testament at WiFi speed — without touching the Internet. All audio stays within the app's private folder.
05
Receive the entire audio Bible in under a minute
At a meeting of 50 leaders in a distant village, pre-loaded memory cards give each leader the app and the full audio Bible instantly. The app imports a locked ZIP — no advanced tools can extract the files.
For Bible Studies
Some local ministry partners have found it effective to add Bible study questions to a small set of selected audio Bible passages. Partners from your country record the questions and attach them before and/or after the audio passage — keeping the Bible study as one file for discipleship groups.
In the audio there is clear separation between your audio Bible and the questions. Copyright information and your website are shown with it.
